With over four decades of experience in the financial services industry, she brings a wealth of experience in building strong connections and effective solutions. As director of strategic development, Kristy is passionate about strengthening services and expanding outreach to support continued growth and impact for the UWP team.
Kristy and her husband, Jack, make their home in Northwest Arkansas on a small family farm. Outside of work, Kristy stays happily busy with seven grandchildren, cheering them on at sporting events, and caring for the dogs, horses, cows, chickens–and whatever else might wander onto the farm. The simple joys of family gatherings and the rhythms of the land are at the heart of her everyday life.
