Kristy Harrell has been part of the financial services industry for four decades, bringing resilience, reliability, and a deep commitment to her work. She values the relationships she has built and the extensive knowledge she has gained throughout her career.

As Chief Compliance Officer at Uniting Wealth Partners, Kristy is dedicated to supporting financial advisors and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory policies.

Kristy and her husband, Jack, live in Northwest Arkansas on their small family farm. They have four children and seven grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys family gatherings, the outdoors, and spending time with their dogs and horses.
