John Phoenix is a Managing Partner at Uniting Wealth Partners and a Partner and Co-Founder of Wealth Advisor Growth Network (WAGN). John is focused on helping independent financial advisors and the firms that support them drive growth, enhance enterprise value, and build sustainable, client-centric businesses. With deep wealth management and financial technology expertise, he works closely with advisors to implement strategies that improve efficiency and scalability.
Before founding Uniting Wealth Partners and WAGN, John served as the National Sales Manager for the Institutional Business Development team at Envestnet, where he spearheaded new business initiatives with large enterprise firms across the bank, independent broker-dealer, regional broker-dealer, and RIA channels. He also led Envestnet’s high-net-worth sales division, collaborating with RIAs, hybrid RIAs, and independent advisor networks. Prior to joining Envestnet, John was the CEO and Founder of Metamorphosis Money Management, an RIA based in Denver, Colorado, which he successfully developed and later sold to Envestnet.
