Jessica Gottowski is the Executive Assistant to Rick Hadrava, where she plays a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and that clients receive exceptional service. With a strong passion for organization and a sharp attention to detail, Jessica focuses on anticipating needs, managing priorities, and providing seamless support so Rick can devote his full attention to serving clients. She brings over a decade of customer service experience, thriving on building meaningful relationships and approaching every challenge with efficiency and a positive attitude.
Jessica proudly served in the United States Marine Corps as the Fiscal Chief of the Ammunition Supply Point, where she developed the discipline, leadership, and accountability that continue to guide her professional approach today. Originally from Colorado, she later relocated to Oklahoma, where she enjoys being an active member of her community. Outside of work, Jessica stays busy attending PTA meetings, cheering on her son at baseball games, and spending time with family.
