Courtney Balli is the executive assistant to managing partner Rick Hadrava at Uniting Wealth Partners. With a passion for organization and attention to detail, she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing top-tier support to both the team and clients. With 10 years of customer service experience, Courtney thrives on building meaningful connections and tackling any task that comes her way.
Before joining Uniting Wealth Partners, Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of Central Oklahoma and her master’s degree in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. Her background in communication and service has equipped her with the skills to provide exceptional client support and keep the Oklahoma City office running efficiently.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys all things fitness and wellness, reading WWII historical fiction, building Legos, embroidery, and traveling. Originally from Ponca City, she now calls Oklahoma City home but frequently visits her parents, younger siblings, and nephew on weekends.
